Sounds logical. Obama has done many questionable things during his tenure. Pardoning a terrorist would come as no surprise.

So the guy is going to get the death penalty and your complaining that they didn't call it terrorism?

It's mostly comical that the administration appears to be of the kindergarten school of "don't call them what they want you to call them" (i.e. Muslim) and they will just go away.

I say box the Muslim Puke in a crate with his head sticking out of the top. Fly him over to the desert any where in the Middle East region in a C-130. Air drop his wheel chaired tail with a chute. Let his precious brethren care for him the rest of his days. That is if the chew opens of course.
