It would be difficult enough playing ULL at home
to clinch a berth in the SBC tournament, but playing on the road really creates a problem. One of the announcers said ten conference wins were probably needed to get in. I hope he's wrong, because the best we can do is nine, and that might not be enough.

Nine would be plenty. I don't expect to get 9, so 8 will likely have to be enough. A lot of things would have to fall wrong for us not to get in, but they are all very possible. The probability of them all happening together is quite a bit lower.

Great modern day Hoosier story. UALR, a mid major team from Arkansas, struggles to make conference tournament. Due to some last day wins and losses, backs into the tournament. Then wins four games to go to the NCAA. Then incredibly wins it's way to the national championship game before being defeated by Kentucky in four overtimes. What a story. Next week we discuss killing giants with a slingshot and walking on water!
