Josh has a little bit of Solo in him. He gets into a thought process where he think he's the only one who can win the game, so he dribbles around, and dribbles around, and then either forces a shot, or he just comes down and jacks one up at a time in the game where you need to run the offense. He's a good player, but sometimes it's like he goes brain dead.

But we wouldn't want him to pass up a shot for a better one.

Half the time he didn't have a shot. He just jacked the ball up. The theory is, within the offense, don't always pass up a good shot for a better one. He didn't have a good shot.
