Horizon League
Wish all leagues had the luck of scheduling final games like what the Horizon has these next 2 days...
Valparaiso 12-3 1-1 vs GB, 1-1 vs Clev St, 1-1 vs Oak
Green Bay 11-4 1-1 vs Valpo, 0-2 vs Clev St, 0-1 vs Oak
Cleveland St 11-4 0-1 vs Valpo, 2-0 vs GB, 1-1 vs Oak
Oakland 11-4 1-1 vs Valpo 1-0 vs GB, 1-1 vs Clev St.
tonight Valpo @ Clev St
Sat Oakland @ Green Bay
can't get better drama than that this late in the season!

I wish all the regular one bid leagues had enough sense to structure their season and tournament the way the HL does it. Unlike the Big South, the games mean a lot more than simply who is going to get to wear white. A double bye and home court advantage is on the line.

I know though that in the past several leagues gerrymander their tourney like that, and it's hurt the top teams. I mean last year 13 leagues didn't have their conference champ win the tourney. To include the Horizon league. Last year in the Horizon, the top 2 seeds BOTH lost after double byes. And that's not an unusual thing.

RE: Horizon League
There is a lot of craziness going on in the MAC right now too. Lots of parity and it is going to be a very close race for those top two spots.
