Audio update: It's a burst pipe in the building (nearby?) in which the alarm is going off.

And now said to have been resolved.

This happened near end of volleyball match at FIU as well this year. I am unlucky. Stopped!

Believe it or not, they ruled that leadoff batter a hit and not an E-4. As what we witnessed in Arizona, a VERY home team leaning official scorer.
