Captain Flash in Kent State Sports HOF?
if you were a ksu student in the 1980's, you know about capt. flash. this guy (ksu student) dressed-up in lightning bolt themed costume & cheered-on us fans at basketball games, football games & more. he was a kool kat. full of school spirit (obviously.) interestingly, he was a mellow guy (no screaming & yelling.)

i always thought ksu should have hired him after graduation: do this gig as a paid professional! :)

anyhow, i'd love to see capt. flash inducted in ksu sports hall of fame. richly deserved. let's do this! 04-cheers

what are your thoughts??

PS does anyone know why we adopted a golden eagle as a mascot? golden eagles have nothing to do with lightning bolts. golden eagle: very unoriginal

PS Paul Amodio should be in athletics hall of shame
