The Tigers win at (former) #1 Iowa's hostile confines. The Big XII's loss is the MAC's gain!

Note: That league voted 'em out for wrestling when they went to the SEC three years ago. Turns out, this year the Big XII doesn't even have enough teams in their conference to be considered for automatic qualifiers. Their four teams have to hope a very small number of at-large berths are still available after other leagues' tourneys. Too bad; so sad.

The Big 12's remaining teams should join the MAC. The Oklahoma schools already mentioned this before.

I noticed during the broadcast that Iowa had B1G logos on their uniforms. The MAC better get with it and add our league logo to our squads' singlets in time for the NCAAs.

That is fantastic news.

This is why you add programs as affiliates. Mizzou wins a national title and all the credit goes to the conference that kept their program going, the MAC.

Maybe BG, WMU or Miami can earn the MAC a 2nd winter sports national title in Ice Hockey!
