RE: Oesterle gets the call
Great news. Hopefully he can play his way into a permanent roster spot next season.

RE: Oesterle gets the call
Watched the game, thought he played very well. Poised, handled the puck allot, made good decisions and he did not look out of place:

TOI-16:20
Shifts 24
POS 35
GV 5
TV 6
H 1
50/50 2/4
SCF 5
SCA 4
S 3
SOG 2
SB 1

Keep in mind, the Ducks are a very good road team and the won 3-2. They have the best road record in the NHL

Justin Schultz in his 3 year is the team leading TOI player, averaging over 22 minutes a game and Oesterle saw 16 in his debute 04-rock

The Oilers are a young team and have the 3rd most GV in the NHL. I didn't track the other d stats, but I would say Jordan had the fewest GV and had the puck on his stick all night
