2015 Ragin' Cajun Invitational
#6 Cajuns beat McNeese St 11-3 (5) and go 5-0 in the tournament
The Cajuns have now outscored their opponents 121-7 and are 14-0 with 11 shutouts.
Attedance: 1738
The big test is coming up next weekend when they travel to #3 Alabama for a 3 game series

Both Cajun aces got torched for runs and lost their perfect .000 ERA. Wallace gave up two and Hamilton one.

I'm not sure I'd call it torched, but Wallace gave up a 2 run HR and Hamilton gave up a solo HR. The biggest play of the game was the DP to end the first getting Wallace out of some hot water. It may give some insight that Wallace, who is a harder thrower and more of a strikeout pitcher, shouldn't be pitching three days in a row. Hamilton is more of a pitch to contact type pitcher so maybe is more set up to throw three games over a weekend. Hopefully, they'll both be available all year.

I guess we can remove Ga Southern from being a contender this year. We are 2-11 right now and appear to be one of the worst teams in the conference this year.

I agree. I think we see more of that as the year goes on that Christina will pitch more games than Jordan. It was good to see Jordan not lose her confidence after giving up that bomb.

Perhaps Express was being a bit tongue in cheek with the torched comment.
