Huskie fans are WMU intoxicated, Ive never seen anything like this before. I would understand a bunch of Illinois or Northwestern fans taking over an NIU fanbase because everyone wants to claim they are a Big 10 fan, but how people have jumped ship for WMU, is kind of appalling to me.

It's been 6 years, that's longer than *most* people are in school. The recent NIU seniors have never lost at Toledo. I'd say we are doing pretty good there.

Other than obvious sarcastic posts, not a single NIU fan has said anything good about WMU in this thread. I also don't think I have ever seen MD say anything bad about Toledo, but he INSISTS he despises them. The dude is Looney Tunes.

True, but it's not the craziest thing for WMU to win. GA-Southern is losing a lot of guys... and even this past year I would say they weren't as good as Air Force, as their offense was difficult due to being like Air Force. So I would say WMU's chances with them would be a little better than having faced Air Force in the bowl.

So with that + already getting a little acquainted with that style of offense, and GA-Southern also losing some guys... if it was at home in Kalamazoo, I'd say it'd be in WMU's slight favor. At GA-Southern? They'll be a favorite, not by a lot, not by a little. Wouldn't be a Sportscenter upset though, IMO. But I do chalk that up as a probable/expected loss, but definitely not a given.

After the 2014 bowl MAC & SBC bowl performance I'm surprised each conference is given 2 contenders of the 10. No SD ST, CSU or UCF? Also interesting that 2 of the 3 AAC teams picked are "Northern" teams in a predominantly southern league.

Ehh? :) I'm certainly not doing anything to anyone or bad-mouthing the US. Bad-mouthing the Sun Belt? Maybe, in the spirit of not making our conference look bad. Root for ANY MAC team against any other conference in general. Doing so in the non-conf season only makes ours better!

I give WMU a 45% chance of winning @GA-Southern. Much less chances against @Ohio State and against Michigan State at home, of course.
