My opinion, also.

And our "lousy ass coach" lost to him on a buzzer beater in double OT in San Marcos and beat him in LR without our best player.

I'm ignorant in terms of basketball, but it really "calms my nerves" when I see other schools telling me how good my coach is.

I wasn't hoping for miracles this year, but I really hope we make some noise in the conference next season (for those that don't know, "next year" is the mantra of the Texas State Athletics team).

Not against Bob Marlin.

Maybe Ole Danny-boy can flip the script tonight.

Do you really dislike him that much or are you just playing a character?

I think he could take GA St.'s team and go 17-3 in conference.

But you forget, half of being a coach is getting those players, and i think that's one of the big things that Hunter does; he's pulled in talent from a way higher level than the 'belt. So it's all well saying he could take our team and go 17-3 with it, but just as big of a question is, could he recruit our team in the first place?

Well he did have his best player fall into his lap, as there is no way RJ would be there without his father being the coach. He's good at pulling in transfers looking to come home, but the rest of the team is average for the Belt.

He also won 22 games in the CAA his first season at State.

That was an ass-whopping last night. Seems like Caspar has lost the team when you get totally embarrassed by a middle of the pack team.

11-4. Coach Cross' record against Kaspar all-time. Last loss in 2010.

That is all.

I've been more impressed by Cross, but I'm no expert in rating coaches.
