Ms. Cottonball, Bass, and Mullet....
Ms. Cottonball, it seems, hath charms to sooth the savage Mullet. But is it The Mullet she fancies....or another fish. Say, The Bass??

Turns out that telling the difference between a Mullet and a Bass isn't so easy:

Can You Tell The Difference Between Bass And Mullet?

There is a fine line between 'love' and 'hate'.

Might Ms. Cottonball - by throwing herself into the outstretched fins of our Mullet - be in reality showing a preference for the more elusive, less obtainable, Bass??

Nothing like a winning basketball season to bring the humor back around here!

Perhaps Ms. Cottonball's flirtation with the Mullet is transitory. Pehaps her fixation on a higher order of fish, The Bass, is equally misguided.

Perhaps her fancy might best be fixated on more veteran, and less aquatic posters...

RE: Ms. Cottonball, Bass, and Mullet....
Good morning fellas. I'll have you know that Ms. Cottonball has zero interest in a Bass over a Mullet. The fact that the Bass holds the title of "most popular" is not a plus in my book. Is this fish a "pleaser", willing to say whatever the Bass thinks one may want to hear? Or is the Bass simply comfortable going along with the school and not going against the scales?

The real kicker is this...........What's up with Bass having 3 Anal Spines?

BTW, I have no idea whether Mullet and Ms. Cottonball would ever cross paths, but the idea of Fluffy Fish has stirred something inside me.

Holy Cow! The Mullet is kicking me in the "cottonballs" in the love department!

But be careful what you wish for, Ms. Cottonball. There are more than 100 species fo Mullet...the common one doesn't have three anal spines - it has an entire spiny first dorsall!

You will be begging for only three anal spines if you get hooked up with the only Mullet in the world who is BOTH a fish AND a crustacean!!
