I know, I just wanted to stick Overtstreet and Banks in there to see that big lineup.

The issue I think folks are missing is the inevitable conclusion that Bartow spends the entire offseason recruiting 6'1" guards.

This is my favorite so far. Either Bradford or Harris gets the start in my projected lineup, but I don't really see the need for Harris to start with Jurkin at 5 and Wilson at the stretch 4.

Here is a lineup I am eager to see at some point, not starting necessarily:

The Bucs wilk play small even with a full roster, but I want to see a regular power forward/center combo with Banks/Overstreet and Jurkin rotating actively. At no point should it be dependent upon 5 guards next year, excusing blowouts, or intentional tempo change on press defense.

I'd love to see Bartow start Banks and Jurkin, but he has never gone that big.

I'd love to see what a real coach would do. Not Bartow.

This would never work, but for fun here is a roster that "looks" nationally competitive by physique. If only the skillsets were there!

New mascots included for the helluvit. By the way, has anyone noticed that Bucky rarely gets out now? Also, the ugly a$$ dinosaur mascot that I mistook for a sorry parrot? Is the program testing something out? Because I would have saved them the time with a focus group. Dopey the Dinosaur (I will nickname him) is just silly.

I loved the old logo of the pirate with piercing eyes.

I think the dinosaur is from the red cross or some similar organization, but why not have Bucky as well?

I have no clue what the dinosaur is for, but obviously could never be ETSU basketball as is. It wears some kind of ETSU shirt. Would never have guessed Red Cross.

Does anyone know if Jurkin is practicing with the team yet?

The only thing I can figure out about Bucky is that they don't have someone full-time to don the costume, so they can only have Bucky around when they rope someone into doing it. This is based on the fact that his size and mannerisms have kept changing a lot this year between each game. I'd REALLY like to see Bucky more involved with the crowd, but for that I think we'd need a dedicated student that is really energetic and understands how to perform.

As for the weird green thing? Well that is the Organ Donor group. He is wearing a shirt that says "Buc Up - Sign Up" and encouraging people to sign up to be organ donors. I'm not sure if they are a paid sponsor or we are just doing a partnership or what.

Overstreet looks like a Q-Tip. Put Wilson in there you can tell he lifts a lot.

Ok, it's hard to leave Wilson out of a big lineup. He's the only guy willing to bump on offense. But Williams is a bit longer and looks about as strong. Peter Jurkin runs the point, because he can shoot a three ball and that's good enough for Bartow. So, new lineup:

I'll wait to see how many Bartow pissed off and decides to leave.
