Ralph Friedgen hangs it up

Ralph Friedgen hangs it up

Man the last decade hit Fridge hard. His weight and (judging by his complexion his alcohol consumption) is catching up to him.

Hope Georgia Tech can find a spot for Fridge. After UMD fired him (after he won 9 games and was ACC COTY), he told a paper he burned his Maryland degree and was a Georgia Tech fan now.

Friedgen is staying on as a consultant with Rutgers.
