Are you saying it is acceptable to cheat? I coach Little League, I have coached these type of Tournament Teams. Teams from our League have won State Championships and played on ESPN! We operate with in the rules and regulations of Little League.

I take this very serious and so should each of you. As another season is approaching and evaluations for our league from Wee Ball on up is next week. The main message I convey to my parents and to each of my teams, is that I am not coaching your sons in baseball, " I am teaching them life".

Perhaps this will mean something to you Mach, it is the Little League Pledge. It has been around since 1955 and is recited before each game. Just not in Chicago it seems!

While JJ is a simply a race baiter and *******....He does say one thing correctly. It should not have taken 6 months to figure this out. In fact...It should never have happened in the first place.

Someone did not do their job at the local level. I have been involved in Dixie Youth Baseball for 20 years. This kind of thing comes up every year in regard to territories and playing districts. Most of the time leagues are set up according to school districts. What ever school district you live in...is where you play. The leagues can grant permission for a kid to play out of district for specific cases, but it must be approved at the State level. If the league chairman is doing his job correctly, this should never happen. Someone dropped the ball. You can almost bet that some parent played fast and loose with the rules and fully knew their child was playing out of district. You can NEVER take their word for anything. Parents will try everything they can think of to get their kid on particular teams or in particular leagues. Ive seen some crazy stuff tried over the past 20 years. We even had a mother alter a Birth Certificate to try and get her son another year of eligibility.

It is a shame that this happened. The kids had nothing to do with this yet they get punished for the mistakes of the adults.

They are only being judged by the content of their character, what's the big deal?

How many years did it take the NCAA to strip USC of all their Reggie Bush games?

Hispanic kids get hair sooner than white kids and the hair is darker.

Reminds me of the movie Benchwarmers where Carlos is brought in as a ringer - has a mustache and drinks beer, but has a birth certificate with his picture glued on and written in crayon is "I am 12". Of course he's gets to play.

A little OT but the stupid racist biatch mother of one of the players, Ms. Green, when she made her point of "whenever an African American succeeds, some one has to discredit them." The immediate reaction and the only one that matters in this scenario is, YOU CHEATED and BROKE THE RULES! But after thinking a little longer about her comment she is correct. Look at Clarence Thomas, Dr. Ben Carson, Alan Keyes, Herman Cain. All very successful African American men and look how they are treated by the Black Community as a whole!
