The Golden Flashes have another chance to get a road win vs. the red hot Rockets. Toledo has won 6 in a row, 3 at home, 3 on the road. The game tips at 6:00 and will be televised on ESPNU.

On Saturday, Akron is at EMU and Bowling Green is at Ball State. Both are projected wins. Central Michigan plays at Buffalo and Western hosts NIU. This would be a biggie for the Flashes.

Without looking, I believe Toledo has not lost since they came to Kent.

That is correct, TOL seems to be getting their act together. Will be a tall task to beat them.

Another strong post player who is a freshman (I believe), that will school our upperclassmen. Guards better play well.

If I remember correctly he shutdown Hall in Kent even though we won.

Without Hall @ Toledo is a loss, with Hall they have a good shot @ a sweep, but with Mono, you never know how long someone is out & back or close to 100%.

Hall is out tonight

Good start. Manley having trouble finding his shot but nice spark by Brewer off the bench.

So many 3 point shots already. They are going to hit their season average before the half.

Watching on ESPNU and the announcer just said that KSU is last in the MAC for free throw % and points scored. Glad to see KSU keeping it close on the road as well as getting a long free breather with the clock issues.

The announcer also mentioned that KSU hasn't been to the NCAA Tournament since 2008, which if that is right seems like an eternity. (Jim Christian as the head coach, lost to UNLV 71-57)

Derek Jackson & Craig Brown having very nice 1st half. Chris Ortiz is 1 of 5 from the field and Dev Manley is 1 of 6 from the field in the 1st half.

KSU 36 Toledo 32 @ the half. Prove me wrong that without Hall KSU can win @ Toledo.

Ortiz, Manley, and Spicer need to step it up in the second half. Nice to see Brewer and Brown coming to play. Jackson needs to stay aggressive. We've seen spurts like this from him but he tends to follow them up by disappearing for long stretches as well.

This three-man radio booth is outstanding.
