RIP Pat Taylor
Singer/guitarist Pat Taylor dies in Memphis

Quote:A stalwart on the Memphis music scene for five decades, singer/guitarist Pat Taylor has died.

Mr. Taylor, known for his work with ’60s rockers The Village Sound, ’70s progressive groups Edgewood and Jaguar, and ’80s pop act The Breaks, among others, was 65.

His son, fellow musician Paul Taylor, confirmed his passing on Wednesday following a three-year battle with cancer.
