I'm just tired of all the back and forth when everyone knows he's a dang good person and dang bad to average coach...those two really aren't debatable and most know we're wasting time...if the powers that be are wasting time because of his buyout and give him another year or two then that's just the way it's going to be but watch the attendance drop even more and more and even more.

I've read a lot of posts here that people wanted to wait till the season is over. That's where i was, so i didn't vote then. It might not be completely over, but it's over enough for me to vote now.

First of all, josh is a great person, but other than that, i'm tired of josh pastner. I'm tired of just about everything about him. I've been tired of him since DJ's senior year (JJ's junior year). I'm tired of the inconsistency that forever comes from him on a daily basis, i'm tired of his inconsistent teams which only follow his lead, i'm tired of josh taking forever to get the players in the right roles, i'm tired of the ever changing lineups even for junior and senior players, i'm tired that no tiger team has an identity under pastner, i'm tired of the constant drama, i'm tired of the multiple suspensions, i'm tired of seeing multiple players leaving, i'm tired of seeing players not improving, i'm tired of seeing refs running over josh, i'm tired of josh making bad decisions like taking the names off the jerseys, i'm tired of josh's boring interviews where he says basically nothing, i'm tired of the flashcards, i'm tired of not being a top program in the country, i'm tired of the excuses, i'm tired of being bored to death because the tiger product is weak, i'm tired of missing the ncaa or getting bounced out early, i'm tired of the division between fans, and i'm definitely tired of waiting till next year.

If we keep him, i expect a season like the last season under tommy west. We waste another year and will be bored to death, frustrated and stay divided. Next year, there will be a new excuse for failure. If we move on, we can start over again. What do we have to lose? Not much if you ask me. We are not good now. If we get lucky, we find a good coach (like we found one in football). Remember some wanted to give porter more time. I'm not interested in getting some assistants to help josh. I want to see the tigers hire a new head coach and move a new direction.

Some posters have been begging me to do one, but it's too much bother. Less than 10% of the posters here would vote to keep, so why go to the trouble?
