I wonder if Bill Carr declined the job , or recommended Parker ?

No mention of football in the article - or did I miss it?

Here's a few other schools that have used Parker for AD searches: Arizona State, Indiana, Ohio State, Georgia, Oregon, and Notre Dame... just to name a few. Here's the full list: https://www.parkersearch.com/practices-a...#section-2

The one thing I find interesting is that they did the AD search for UAH... the one that landed three-time UAB graduate and former UAB associate AD Dr. EJ Brophy in Huntsville.

I've mentioned before that I would like to see EJ Brophy as AD!

The ESPN profile on Parker has pretty interesting insight into the world of these executive search firms.

For what it's worth he is loved at UAH. He has done a lot of good there.

I would love to see EJ back. His permanent residence is still in Helena if I'm not mistaken.

As I said over in the FB group, I think they'll be selling sno-cones in hell before UAB uses Carr again. That's a poisoned well.
