While our men's basketball program continues to drown, the Lady Bucs are certainly making noise under second year head coach Brittney Ezell and her staff.

The lady Bucs continued their impressive conference play by downing WCU on the road in a tough grind it out game. The win improved their conference record to 7-1.

The Lady Bucs have been in several tight games and have gutted them out with solid defense, good shot selection, making free throws and smart coaching.

I have never been to Lady Bucs game but I plan on going for the first time Monday night. I simply can't watch the guys anymore this year unless something changes. Its depressing.

For this that can't make it tomorrow night, the women will be in Freedom Hall on Saturday at 1, prior to the men's game.

I'm glad the lady Bucs are doing well. Hopefully the admins are taking notice and realizing how much a coaching change could help the men.

Look - Sander has made one hire. She's got a team that's 2nd in the league behind a ranked team, looks like a solid team after a disastrous first season. He has strong ties to one of the more successful basketball programs of recent history (VCU), in terms of a "mid-major" turning into, essentially, a major. I'm starting to almost trust the guy......
