It's California - they probably have jails just for the undecideds or in betweens.

And to think, even THEY didn't want gay marriage until the courts overruled it. You know you're in the minority when even the citizens of California shoot your crying down.

I'm not sure if there's anything he could've done about it. Apparently there was one car stopped in the middle of the road where it should not have been. Another car rear ended the first. Jenner's truck rear ended the second, propelled it into oncoming traffic where it was hit by a Hummer H2, killing the driver of the second car.

I guess that no matter what happens in front of you, you shouldn't rear end a car you are following, but he was not the cause of the initial accident.

According to the news I had to hear about it (because I didn't have the remote close), they think he may have been texting and driving and forced the old lady into oncoming traffic due to not paying attention to the road. Plus texting and driving is against the law now.

It could be that all four cars are at fault. It could be that only one of them is really at fault. I think they mentioned that they would pull the phone records of all parties. The actual evidence at this time seems very week to me (paparazzi photos that don't even show a phone, just a hand... and, from the reflection on his bumper, it looks like it was taken while he was stopped at a light).

When you rear end someone, especially at a traffic light that's red, you weren't paying attention. He was probably daydreaming about how to make his mangina tight.

You trolling or serious?

That post and your sig pic= irony.

It's not my fault you're ignorant to one of the best movies ever made and equivocate it to trolling.

When you write things like "shouldn't concern himself with things in the past" yet yourself yearn for the past, I just find that ironic.

It's a quote from one of my favorite classic movies, along with a picture of a Confederate Ball that was painted for the GwtW art gallery. And I'm not the POTUSA that has to speak to 330 million Americans. He shouldn't concern himself with race and pick sides. He's supposed to be the race war ender and only makes it worse.

Courts? As in plural? I believe it was one lone single solitary judge and he was a gay judge.

Bruce Jenner crash investigation focuses on cellphone records - The Washington Post

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/earl...e-records/ Wrote:Jenner was smoking, not texting, when the accident occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, according to TMZ, and officials told the Los Angeles Times that no paparazzi were involved in the chain-reaction crash. Jenner, whose reported transition from male to female has drawn increasing coverage, was being followed by photographers, but L.A. County sheriff’s Sgt. Philip Brooks told the Times that it was doubtful he was attempting to elude them. The Times reports:

Quote:A woman driving northbound in a Toyota Prius slowed down or stopped for reasons that were unclear. A woman driving a Lexus sedan rear-ended the Prius.

Jenner, who was driving a black Cadillac Escalade sport utility vehicle that was hauling a trailer carrying an off-road vehicle, then rear-ended the Lexus.

The impact propelled the Lexus into oncoming traffic, where a Hummer traveling southbound slammed into the Lexus. The driver of the Lexus, whom authorities declined to identify, died at the scene. Both the front and rear ends of the Lexus were severely damaged.

If you rear end someone that went from 40 to zero because of a collision, it's hard to conceive that you are at fault (at least from a driver's perspective... there's no defending trying to become the biggest whore in the Kardashian family).

I must not be following because for some reason that doesn't make sense to me. If Car B ran into Car A and then was rear-ended how was Car B thrown into traffic and yet Car A wasn't?

Or am I missing what happened? If not, doesn't that seem really strange?

Car A may have driven off after being rear-ended by Car B.

And Car B may have been angled to the left (oncoming) lanes when it was rear-ended by Car C.
