Open Thread - 2015 ACC Lacrosse Season
It starts today...ACC has 4 of the Top 5 teams in the country as forecast by the experts. We'll see how it shakes out. Hopefully an all ACC Final Four.

All 5 ACC Teams appear in Quint Kessenich's top 8. Obviously this cannot last but the ACC about as strong as a conference can get. Need one more to qualify for the automatic bid, but then, all five could make the tourney on their own merits.

Good to see Syracuse can win a face off after last season.

Cuse up 6-1 in the Dome on a frigid day. Cuse's ability to practice indoors is a huge advantage over #8 Cornell. Cornell will be much better later in the season...maybe even the 2nd half.

Edit: Cuse continued with another excellent half and won 14-6. They look like a F4 team.

It is what it is, lacrosse is a great game. I played it from seventh grade to the end of college. No it's not college football or college basketball but it's a damn great game!

Are you coaching in Plano? Surely you would be hot in demand. Lots of kids playing in DFW area and not enough competent coaches.

Poll out...The ACC has 5 teams in the Top 6.

Personally, I favor college baseball and hockey over basketball and lacrosse.

But, different things for different folks, I guess.

Too bad, my hometown Knighthawks player got the short end of that "disagreement."

The only American sport that is more physical than lacrosse is fb. Lacrosse is a cross between the physicality of football and the agility of basketball.

Assuming our FO guy is okay...this team looks like a F4 team at minimum.
