Speaking of shortage, I was able to get a hot dog at the Convo last night, but I got the second to last bottle of water - at the half - so they did run out of that.

Running out of water is inexcusable. It doesn't spoil, and any leftover cases can just sit there until the next game. This is not the first time on the water shortage. Do we need to thaw and pump the frozen mighty Kish?

The thing to keep in mind here is this woman is not a public figure, so the standard of proof she has with regards to her reputation being damaged is way, way lower than if someone like Fleck sued these guys.
