Kissinger got 32.21 percent, extraordinary in such a large field.

“Don’t Know” came in a relatively distant second, with 18.32 percent.

James Baker — who was actually the most effective secretary in the last 50 years — came in third at 17.71 percent, just behind Dr. Know.

So Hillary can campaign on "I wasn't the worst"?

But then again, outside of a few people, who can name too many Sect. of States in our history?

Why is it that scholars supposedly don't know what they are talking about until they say something that you agree with?

Why is it obvious ERC? Please compare and contrast the achievements of each of the Secretary's of State over the past 50 years.

Tom you watch your dirty and filthy mouth. ERC is a scholar and a gentleman. I, for one, learn a great deal from his twenty or so daily postings on the misdeeds of our country's president and his cabinet. Where would the spin room be without ERC's or the Drudge Reports guidance.

It's obvious because they surveyed people at colleges and you know liberal they are. If libs say another lib sucks then that's saying something.

That was my initial reaction to this poll. If the lib Academia are rating Kerry that bad, that indeed speaks volumes. I love the lib spin on this. Cracks me up.
