Sounds like you could be talking about Josh.

Josh is not straightforward. He talks in sound bites and riddles and platitudes and niceties and generalities and kindergarten-speak and repeats himself and smiles a lot and hopes and plans to do better.

Fuente readily says what pleases him and doesn't please him, speaks directly to his players' or his squad's strengths and weaknesses, is very descriptive and to the point, doesn't smile a lot and looks like he would rather be somewhere else doing more important things and he has indigestion and he can't wait to get in the locker room and chew somebody out.

I really like both guys.

Love Justin too but remember in football most communication is with positions coaches.

Justin is more hands-on with his players than most head coaches, and he does a lot of motivating them verbally about leadership, et cet.
