SEC Great For Mizzou Recruiting
Looks like Mizzou has just signed a five star DT, ranked #1 in the country. Also sign several other high profile kids. We are up to 18th in recruiting now. Just keeps getting better and better.

Yep and the whole conference did extremely well landing close to half of the top 300 in talent. When we don't win it all there is really no excuse but coaching. We just need a better effort in locking Urban out of his former recruiting area and the new coach at Florida can do the most to insure that.

Other than that Florida State and Clemson once again proved why they are really the only two SEC caliber schools left in the South that aren't SEC. Texas and Oklahoma showed the same for the Southwest region.

RE: SEC Great For Mizzou Recruiting
No, they just showed that the recruit ranking services look at particular schools and give the high rankings to the players that those particular schools look at.

Stand outs like that guy at Mizzou are easy to rank but much of that top 300 in talent aren't necessarily better players than others whom are not in the supposed top 300.

So when you guys continue to just be as good as everyone else, you can blame your coaches if you want but you would be more prudent to realize the recruit ranking services do a poor job.
