You forgot....demand a coach capable of some 30 win basketball seasons, and at least a chance of S16 or FF every 3-4 years.

Better.

Look guys, I understand the sentiment, and for the most part agree with it. But anything more than $10 to park your car (not talking about Tiger Lane - I purchase a spot there every year) in Memphis Tennessee is an outrage. We are not on the island of Manhattan or in Boston. Quite frankly, that's a huge reason I live where I live - cost of living. And I venture to say, all of those extra people you and I want in the LB on game day are of the same value system I just described.

Tiger Lane Parking is sold out and it is the most expensive parking in Memphis.

And it will be the most popular place to be this fall.

you could tier the game day parking - tiger lane is what it is - i would like to see them go into the parking area north of the coliseum (the old HH lot area) and put in electrical hook ups (no landscaping) - that would be a minimal initial expense. THOSE spaces would be worth $20 per a game. keep the asphalt parking and libertyland grass south of the coliesum at $10 per car. you could charge $20 to park/tailgate under the libertyland trees.

Anyone that does not contribute some amount to the campaign will be subject to justified ridicule after carping about aspects of our program. Put up or shut up.

Did I say it wasn't?

What I'm saying is, those of us who are willing to pay a premium for parking are ALL already going. To get the rest of the 59,000 people in the stadium, you have to offer parking fees that do not insult their values.

And $15 to park your car in Memphis TN ON SOMETHING THAT ISN'T EVEN PAVED is an insult.

We accepted that challenge and took football by storm this year.

to be technical - the grass lot west of the coliseum does have parking grid material installed.

There is PLENTY of free parking right across East Parkway and it is a much shorter walk than most parking you see at large stadiums.

OMG, THANK YOU! How hard is it to figure that out? It seems like Memphians just look for chances to pay someone to park and then they b-tch about it. And it is SO convenient to just walk across Parkway. There are policemen there to help you cross before and after the game. You are then right on Tiger Lane. I understand about people with problems walking and the elderly, et cet. But anyone who can walk without problems can park for free.

the electrical hookups at the old HH lot is a great idea but I would think that would go against Lipscomb's TDZ scheme. Moving HH from that area and building Tiger Lane were done for a purpose
