That said, I fully expect us to be on the wrong side of lopsided blowouts for a good while but it'd be on the eve of a new era of UAB football.

That's what I thought going into last year. Thankfully Clark and the guys proved me wrong.

Ultimately, the end game must be bringing football back on our terms. No more constant torpedos and lack of investment. I think we all understand what it will take to get to that point. We are revolutionaries in a movement for social justice.

At this point we shouldn't settle for nothing less than full reinstatement and continue competing in CUSA. We don't need to negotiate on anything, the system wronged UAB and they must correct it. We either come out of this a much stronger University in the university of Alabama system with equal representation or we'll be chartered as the new University of Birmingham (UB).

They have exhausted our good will. A lot good people seeked approval by participating in back room discussions and cutting deals (Coach Calloway) to just let UAB exists even on the most basic level. Now they deny all those dealings by saying nothing was formally brought before the BOT....screw them...we don't need them....because they're not our BOT...they are UAT BOT and forever will be.
