I like Josh, and i was behind him , and want him to succeed here....But, Reality is he just can't seem to beat top ranked teams, and again gets schooled out of his seat....No sign of a system, inconsistant, and at times seems just overmatched....So let's look at possibly next year team....Markel is good, not great yet but very good..Austin is a beast down low, PG is a mess...We get Dedric and K J Lawson in but whos gonna get them the ball?...Who's gonna be the defensive stopper and say enough is enough...Hope we are wrong and we are great, but under this leadership, not seeing NO light at the end of this tunnel.....The World Is Ours Memphis....

TC, Nichols is not much of a "beast" when facing big teams. He and Shaq both need to add 15 to 20 lbs of muscle.

The Recruits i Raved about that's LEFT, are Markel who is good and getting better as i stated....Austin who is a beast right now.. And Shaq but who has decreased for some reason and Trashon Burrell and those are the best players left are they not?....Yes your right it is my Opinion, but just how many times has Josh beat down top ranked teams....How many times must we get destroyed by top ranked teams, before everyone see's there is a big problem?...Again he just seems inconsistant and Overwhelmed and it REALLY shows when we play the Top Ranked Teams....How many players under his watch have degreased, and how many have blossomed and developed.....Those are Opinions, but our eyes see what they see.....The World Is Ours Memphis....

Mixed bag-some feel he is growing into job; some know about APR requirements that do RESTRICT his recruiting. Some former Tigers are peeved because he has not hired more former Tigers (like themselves). Some think he is over his head; amazingly kind of like this forum. But all pretty much agree on talent level.

Agree with this. It doesn't even have to be muscle. Just add some weight to both.
