Yep.Thanks to a dome at Cleveland State.

Season starts Friday, February 6th in Cleveland at Cleveland State's Dome tournament. Tournament scheduled to run from the 6th through the 8th.

UT set to meet Cleveland State and Niagara on the 6th, Robert Morris on the 7th and Bucknell and Canisius a week from today on the 8th.

UT lost to Cleveland State and defeated Niagara to open the season. Rockets meet Robert Morris today.

Rockets split today to start the season with 2 wins and 3 losses in Cleveland.

Lost to Bucknell 4-3 and defeated Canisius 6-2 this morning.

Next weekend UT will be in South Carolina for the Charleston Southern tournament (with Howard, Delaware and Charleston Southern)

Not a good start for the Rockets in the Charleston Southern tournament. Lost to Howard 8-1 (UT gave up 6 runs in the first) and Delaware 8-0 (that one was stopped after 5 innings) on Friday.

Rockets face Howard and Charleston Southern today.

Out in Arizona at the Arizona State tournament, UT lost to Binghamton 5-4 and lost big to Michigan. Let's just say it was ugly and leave it at that.

Both ASU and UM are ranked in the top 25….

Toledo led Binghamton 8-3 going to the bottom of the fifth and lost 16-11. Binghamton tied it in the bottom of the fifth, Rockets went back ahead by 3 in the top of the sixth but allowed 8 runs in the bottom of the sixth.

Up next, the team heads to Florida during what I assume is Toledo's spring break; play starts Friday, March 6th and ends March 14th. First is the Under Armour Showcase where UT is scheduled to face Penn, St. Joe's, Robert Morris, North Florida (twice) and South Florida.

After that is the Michele Smith tournament: Rockets will face Syracuse, Rutgers, Army and Yale.

UT defeated Penn 5-4 on Friday and according to the Robert Morris site, the Rockets beat the Colonials 8-1 on Saturday morning.

If the schedule hasn't been disrupted by rain, the Rockets are playing South Florida right now, as I'm typing this message.

Good day for the softball team on Friday. Rockets defeated Syracuse 2-0 and defeated Army 6-3 in 8 innings. Don't seem to be any stories on the UT site as of n0w but I've posted links to the box score of the Syracuse game and to a story about the Army game from the site of the Black Knights. Just in case anybody's interested.

Rockets scheduled to face Rutgers and Yale on Saturday.

Yesterday was a good day for UT softball. Today, not so much. Lost to Rutgers 4-2 and Yale 8-6 on Saturday.

Next weekend the Rockets go to Liberty for a tournament with Liberty, Rider, Princeton and Quinnipiac.

In the tournament at Liberty, UT defeated Rider this afternoon by a score of 7-3.

Rockets face Quinnipiac tonight.
