Duck Dynasty at ULM practice
First episode of this season's Duck Dynasty opens with Will Roberson taking his son to a Warhawk football practice.

A later episode will have footage from the ULM-Wake Forest game.

I have always been curious: Why did they not sponsor a bowl in the SBC given SBC school connection and geography of programs in their major fan base? Any ideas?

The independence bowl is in shreveport and lost its sponsor. Probably just an easy partnership that was available and made sense.

Lots of conflicting ties in that family. Willie is a ULM grad, but his father is an LTU grad, and Willie is a known LSU fan as well

He is also a successful businessman who would do what is best for his company brand... Not the SBC.

Willie and Korie both attended Harding in Searcy also. I'm sure they don't give a D about Bison football, though.
