RE: UTEP Fans
The two most active boards are these

Kyyotes Den is one that is pretty free flowing. A UTEP fan runs it on his own and is the "moderator" but almost anything goes.

The other board is the UTEP rivals board.

RE: UTEP Fans
The Rivals site is the most active but its deceiving because the mods let a troll run the place. So, you'll see relentless over posting, derailed threads and a bad attitude. He also has multiple handles so its hard to tell if you are communicating with one of his personalities or a real person.

A good site is http://www.minerrush.com. You can comment but it isn't exactly a message board.

I suggest http://kyyotesden.com/Den/index.php?board=1.0 even though it is slower.

RE: UTEP Fans
I don't do the rivals board as much as I used to because of the aggie troll who belongs to our local media.

I see what you did there (local media). Very nice from different points of view.
I'm surprised you didn't go out in style and get "blacklisted" like me.
Bob must have a dozen aliases and he can use up a whole thread talking to his various selves to attack or defend an obscure point.
I keep thinking, "Dude, get a shrink." He is either on the payroll or bat$#!t crazy.
