What is the deal with the convention center? Is it to small or is the number of hotel rooms that keeps Memphis from getting more business there? Might piggy back off of the interest of Bass Pro to address the issue. Gotta help the Pinch. Seems that not much has been going on there relative to the rest of downtown.

The convention center is a total dump. I went there for the first time last summer. Water stains everywhere, holes in the ceiling with ceiling tiles missing, super outdated, smells old. Dirty place.

I wouldn't want my convention held there.

I have not been inside it in years now, nothing ever seems to be happening there.
