I keep finding articles saying he's going to be charged.

If he's not charged or found he didn't desert, I'm wanting to say he's owed like $300k in back pay, promotions, insurance, etc. I could have some of that wrong, but I read that after it had been in the news for a week he got released.

If he's not shot, how about making him pay the US tax payer back for all the expenses that we have incurred because of this treasonous acts. !! This country owes this puke nothing but a .308 round through his skull.

He should write a personal apology letter to each of the families who had family member killed while searching for him.

If he deserted, he should have been left there. The problem with that is that it's probably easier to get six people killed trying to find him than it is to do the paperwork required to document a deserter. The peacetime military does love its paperwork (and yes, we are still functioning like a peacetime military, limited wars do that to you). There's more paperwork involved in losing a .45 pistol than in losing a nuclear weapon.

Trust me, that human waste did not carry a .45 cal pistol. He toted a rifle 5.56. Too stupid to have been given the responsibility of a sidearm.
