Rankings vary if you are using a phone or pc. Last I saw on the full site we were #67 overall.

Football recruiting is waaaaay overrated IMO unless you are at the top landing the truly elite kids. Once you get past about 20-25 teams there are a ton of kids that can make themselves into solid football players. It is a totally different animal than BB recruiting, no one and dones and so many positions. I woudl love to sign some elite level guys but the NFL is full of diamonds in the rough that come from lower level programs.

that's 24/7 composite vs. 24/7.

the composite ranking factors in all 4 major recruiting services (Scout, Rivals, ESPN & 24/7).

the 24/7 rankings are based on just their rankings

Agree...both with the idea of the elite level kids and that for most of the rest...ratings matter less.

FWIW - There are no 5-star ranked players starting for either NFL team playing this Sunday.

RE: AAC 2015 composite recruiting rankings
...2015 three-star South Panola running back Darrell Henderson has committed to Memphis, he told GoTigers247 on Monday night ... Henderson is the 13th three-star player to commit to Memphis for 2015, which is third most in the American Athletic Conference. The Tigers' class is now 78th in the nation and sixth best in the AAC.

Depending on how things go over the next couple months this could be the worst class we will have for a few decades to come.

Get the Big XII invite.
Keep Coach Fuente long term.
Keep the 4 star eligible for all four years.

Then a recruiting class in the 70s will have the staff in hot water. Any class not in at least the top 50 would be seen as a disappointment.

I don't care about rankings. Fuente has proven he knows what good football players look and how to get the most out of them.

From 247 >>>

Former Clemson signee and four-star running back Jae'lon Oglesby has enrolled at Memphis, Daniel High coach Randy Robinson confirmed to GoTigers247. A quick search of the school's white pages also proves that the fourth best prep school player in the nation is on campus.
Per Robinson, Oglesby has been cleared academically and is good to go at Memphis....
