Kudos to James Reid
He finally broke out of a little shooting slump and showed why we recruited him. I also like the other aspects of his game. He sees the court very well, is an unselfish player, and a very good passer and rebounder. He plays hard at all times on both ends of the floor.
I know his parents and grandparents read our board, so good wishes go out to them. Let's hope James continues his solid play. And the one thing I liked the last game, he took more shots. I've said all along that was the problem with his shooting. He didn't get enough shots to get into a rhythm. It will be interesting to see how he progresses the rest of the season. Like a lot of jucos, they are usually much better their second season than their first, so I look for good things from James the remainder of this season and all of next.
