First four minutes a bit ugly. Ortiz misses 2 from the line followed by a missed three. CMU starting to heat up. 10-5 Chips at the under 16.

I'm not seeing a whole lot of defense in this one. It's certainly low scoring but that's because it is an incredibly slow game in which neither team is shooting well. Maybe things will pick up in the second half. This is not the sort of game CMU wants to play.

24-23 KSU at the half...I think this'll go to overtime. I like CMU's offense, but we're doing a good job defending it. We need some points out of Jimmy Hall, but they're keeping him tied up

KSU checks in at #25 in the Mid Major Top 25 this week. CMU is #15.

I don't know, but Carducci loves talking about him.

I thought Jimmy was mostly invisible because our post entry passes were so freakin' awful.

Couldn't disagree more. The defenses are dictating the shot selection. And 17 combined turnovers in the first half forced by aggressive on ball defense.

Hall is getting double and triple-teamed. No room to move. Has to kick it out. Key to our offensive game will be to make them pay for that.

This one is going to come down to free throws. Which team is going to start making them?
