Miko, you are so off of your game right now, very disappointing.

Not sure what you mean by game. I passed info along from someone I have a fair amount of trust in. My sources typically are connected to the happenings in the P5. I don't have many connections that deal with the other conferences. I still think the info is valid. The only reason people are rejecting it out of hand now is because it doesn't fit their rigid assumptions about the school that is the topic of this thread.

Perhaps you need to recheck your assumptions and accept the fact that A = A. Then again, perhaps diving into dialectic is more in tuned with your perception of the world. You may even want to go in another direction entirely and reread Nausea in order to reconnect with your existential idealism.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but every time I try it our loud, it sounds like "Ack, Ack, Ack!" One of my co-workers heard me, ran over and attempted the Heimlich Maneuver on me. Lost my lunch. He said he thought I was choking. I admitted that I was sort of on that UNC cheer. Still, it was a Steak and Cheese sub.

I get pretty good Memphis information.

There are some older boosters who long viewed football as a drain and waste of resources. That group is dying out and has less clout. The Tigers will never starve hoops but football is getting plenty of love from boosters.

Latest news is that Fuentes is looking to bolt. Most likely he coaches for Memphis this next season, but will be leaving after. Latest as of now. Of course things can change, but not probable for this rumor. Starting yo make the rounds now.

If Memphis loses Fuentes and keeps Justin Fuente, they'll probably be OK with that.

But it would be such a scoop if a successful Go5 coach were to get an offer from a bigger program. The unexpectedness of it would totally confirm the caliber of the inside sources that called such a shocking move.
