2015 AAC Bowl Tie-Ins
Wow, just took a gander at the bowl lineup for next year. If we don't get to the Access Bowl, our bowl opportunities are awful (even worse than this past year).

Unless they are undefeated or not bowl eligible, I will assume Navy gets the Military Bowl. If we don't make it to the Access Bowl, that basically leaves the Birmingham Bowl as the only desirable bowl game IMO (don't give this crap about enjoying Hawaii or Boca Raton). We have come to far to play bowl games against Sun Belt, MAC and C-USA teams..

2015 Season
Birmingham Bowl, Birmingham, Ala. – vs. SEC
Bitcoin Bowl St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, Fla. – vs. Conference USA
Miami Beach Bowl, Miami, Fla. – vs. Conference USA
Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, Annapolis, Md. – vs. ACC
Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, Honolulu, Hawaii – vs. Mountain West
Boca Raton Bowl, Boca Raton, Fla. – vs. MAC
Cure Bowl, Orlando, Fla. - vs. SBC

I'm wondering whether the Birmingham Bowl happens. No primary tenant in a stadium that is already falling down.

Maybe Tuberville can get a bowl win for once.

Yikes. Those seem like a collective step back, especially with respect to conference opponents. We essentially lose BYU and a Big 12 opponent (Armed Forces Bowl) this year. MWC in Hawaii isn't bad, but that's an awfully tough trip to make on short notice.

Cure Bowl??? I'm trying to stay positive but.....

The way the team has played the past two bowl games none of these are slam dunks even against the Sun Belt, MAC & CUSA.

Yessir. It doesn't seem to mean much to the staff who we play or if we win so I'm not going to get all bent out of shape about it.

That's just bad. I'd prefer to look at b12 bowl tie-ins for 2016, even if it's Candyland.
