"Second is a Blazer Boosters referral program that enlists fans to become Blazer Reps. The goal is for boosters to recruit members from their personal network to financially support UAB Athletics between now and National Signing Day on Feb. 3, 2016. A summary of recruiting totals will be updated weekly on blazerboosters.com beginning Aug. 1, and the top Blazer Rep efforts will be recognized and awarded during a 2016 UAB Athletics signing day event."

Not sure, because regardless of when its brought back, we will have a signing class Feb 2016.

Our UAB football signing class will start with JUCO signings in Dec. (to enroll in Jan.) and run through the Feb 3 NSD period. I would think the quality of both would be improved by seeing some facility improvements actually being started before this Dec. Will there be a spring practice in March 2016? All of these would show vitality and vigor in the resurgent program.
Since reading the Solomon interview with Ingram, I guess there can't be a spring practice until Clark can field a team and that date is still unknown..
