not certain if you are bangin' head b/c of my post or the thread title.....

my gist was that Monk is about taking care of business.... if ZW performs, I'm certain Monk will be happy with that and take care of him as best he can.....that was my point in response to Matrix

everything I have seen or read about ZW has been positive.....it appears he played a part regarding the improvement the blazers showed us all last year in the w/l column

he also comes in at a time when it appears we may have finally acquired depth after two years working with a depleted roster.....that would seem good for both parties...

his résumé looks solid....

there is nothing that I've heard/read to discount the quality of this hire....

I'm looking forward to see how he can help us....
