A Search Team?
WTF is your job, Dave?! YOU are there to vet, interview, and hire the BEST candidate! Use the "search" money towards the new HC salary! YOU are not at CMU to shuffle papers/defer your responsibilites --- YOU are there to hire the BEST available person! YOU should have a shortlist in your wallet at all times! Oh, I forgot, Burger King Herb hired you! Nevermind. YOU are the next target!

Heeke, would lose his job if he brought Brady "The Joke" Hoke to Mt. Pleasant! Hell, he may lose it any way. The guy just has no balls when it comes to hiring. Then again, a lot of Albion graduates (that I know) are dysfunctional.
