News outlets do that ALL THE TIME. I watched the SotU claptrap shiit on Fox News and I'll just be damned if they didn't show the entire thing, LIVE. I laughed as he talked about the all time high graduation rates, while never bothering to mention that the highest Math and Reading proficiency test scores were 54.6 in all of America.

In other words, our kids are graduating at an all time high rate, but they're dumber than shiit. Figure that one out.
