Navy vet here. You can also apply to NavCad or even the BOOST program. Though I believe US citizenship is required. Good luck

Exactly. As a foreign, I have to contact the Naval Attache at the embassy to start the process. I would be sponsored by my country if approved to study at USNA and come back to serve.

As a outside viewer I loved it,but I think your country got screwed. Some of those costs for stadiums were crazy and the money could have been spent on the people. I think I read where each stadium wouldn't be paid off until like 3025. Rich get richer.
