Hope you all will forgive a little self-promotion. Below is a link to my column in the Enid, Okla., News & Eagle. It's nothing new for those of us who have covered the MAC or been MAC fans, but there are few of us in the heart of Big 12 country willing to carry the mantle for the so-called mid-majors.

Also, not toeing the Oklahoma or Oklahoma State line, has made for some interesting encounters out this way over the past few years.
