Current RPI
CUSA currently has 4 teams in the top 100, 2 in Top 75, 1 in Top 50. Hopefully this trend continues and lends it self to a multi-bid season!

Where are all the SBC teams? I thought this was a lateral move for the Toppers. 01-wingedeagle

RE: Current RPI
If ODU keeps winning, and someone else can win the CUSA tourney, CUSA should get 2 NCAA bids, and multiple NIT/CBI bids, as well.

Who cares about cbi bids... No one should want that or even accept it. I don't want WKU to ever accept a bid to that.

It's up to players and coaches...I have no issue with giving teams more practice/playing time, and giving the fans something to cheer for.

But you don't have to attend.

I could see us doing it this season, but not playing any off the seniors for a relevant amount of time. Not sure on the financials, but probably best to go on the road and make them play in that type of environment if possible... Maybe play one game at home.

A few years ago, Marshall had a final rpi of 34 and an OOC rpi of 10 and didn't get an at large bid. That was the year we actually got a 5 seed in the NIT and had to travel to Middle. Never understood that. We figured we would be in the ncaa and didn't even get a home nit game.

How many years? the highest RPI I can find for Marshall since 2000 was 71 (09-10)
