You think they will? Wow.. more junk to delay the start of game. I have no idea if the players are playing well, ETSU could and should win by 40 tonight but that will not show me anything about this team. The level of the opposing team is bad I see zero take away from this game. Bates could score 30 points and pull down 20 rebounds, I am not going to be impressed and think oh boy, he finally gets it, I am going to think it is Tusculum, So what? the timing of the this game sucks. I could put up with it in November but this is a really bad Late January game.

RE: Official Game Thread: Tusculum
Outside of possibly a bit of a confidence boost for the Bucs after Saturday's loss, the only way this game can be of note at this point in the season is if Tusculum wins or someone sustains an injury. I made the trip to Lexington but am going to sit this one out tonight. Doubt if I will even bother watching or listening from home.

They are barely going though the motions. Riley playing nothing but street ball. 42-29 terrible.

Yeah, no one cares about this game. We should still be up by at least 25.

Jalen needs every opportunity to reach that 2yr 1000pt holy grail. Chosen one.

RE: Official Game Thread: Tusculum
I went to the game but left early. No atmosphere in Freedom Hall and no real reason to stick around. I understand going through the motions, its hard not to in a game like this. My only concern is that Bates looks like he would struggle in Tusculum's league. Oh well, he is all we have this season.

Does anyone know what the deal is with Bucky? He hasn't been at any of the games recently. I assume that they are going to unveil a new mascot, but it seems like they would use Bucky until then.

Garbage all the way around. It's hard to win by almost 40 and look bad doing it but we pretty much did. Hate to beat a dead horse but asking fans to pay for this crap is unacceptable. The $20 price tag on my four tickets makes me sick.

I wasn't at the game, nor did I watch it. But glancing at the boxscore, our 13 turnovers is a little alarming, considering the opponent. Also, our 20 fouls to their 13

Team cannot afford to play Thursday night like we did at VMI. Hope we get out of this funk very soon.

I think this game could hurt us against Citadel on Thursday. Hope I'm wrong.

I share your worry, Bucfaithful. Total distraction of a game, the wrong direction for a team that needs to get serious.
