Big weekend for Bronco Hockey
The Broncos just finished taking 5 of 6 standings points from #5 Minnesota-Duluth up in the great white north.

WMU never trailed this weekend. Led Friday 2 - 0 only to see UMD tie it in the third. After no scoring in OT, the Broncos won the shootout.

Tonight, the Broncos won 4 - 2.

Broncos are 6 - 1 - 2 in their last nine games and unbeaten in their last 5.

Big weekend for Bronco Hockey
Is top 20 much of accomplishment in college hockey? Aren't there only about 50 or 60 teams?

Don't get me wrong, it would be better than not being in the top 20.

Yeah, there's only 59 teams in DI. However, the difficulty in getting to the top 20 and staying there is more difficult than a P5 school hanging around the top 25 imo. Hockey is complicated by the fact that 18-20 year olds can be drafted and also have junior hockey available to them.
