Our frontcourt just isn't very good outside of Gant. Tilbury, Naylor, and Ramlal all play soft. All are still young and may develop nicely, but aren't able to contribute enough offensively this year.

Nice to have a real shooting threat in Montalvo now, and a real PG in Brown/Black also. But we don't have a single guard that is a penetrating scoring threat.

Just need Kaspar to develop what we have and recruit some talent. As few weapons as we have now it's a hell of a lot better than the mess we had last year.

The way Texas St. plays they are in every game. It comes down to last 2-3 minutes for almost every game. I know the game in Statesboro I watched a couple weeks ago they played very methodical, almost refused to get into an up tempo game and played good defense.

That's us, sure enough . . . If we could find some consistent offense, we'd be a dangerous proposition . . . . .

Down by 1 with 33 seconds left, and of all the people in blue available, you choose to foul RJ Freaking Hunter after 3 seconds ran off the clock?

Down 3 with 30 seconds left, and of all shots, you take a strongly contested 3 7 seconds into the possession?

Who on earth is coaching this team?

The good thing for Ark. St. is that their next opponent, the Cajuns, seem to be heading south fast as they have lost 3 in a row now, the last 2 at home.

Ever App State win is a small miracle, especially on the road.

Ryan Harrow for GSU was suspended for the game for having too many technical fouls. Unclear if it was by GSU or the SunBelt. But, either way the suspension is absolute crap

The crap part was the league implemented it today, when he already played at App Saturday. (Last Technical was Thursday)

There probably should be a rule about suspensions for excessive technicals. Benson just needs to get off the golf course long enough to enforce it.

The bad news is we never win at the Cajun Dome. And They still have Shawn Long...

Oh and we still stink.

Regardless, six technicals halfway through the season for one player is absurd. App has been called for zero this season.

In fairness the refs arent targeting you guys. I'm not a conspiracy guy by any means but some of the Ts have been warranted and some haven't. Trash talk is a part of the game people need to deal with it. On the reverse side the panthers know the refs or lack there of give them a short leash so they should force there hand, play smart and let there play do the talking.

UL gave that game away to ULM, and UL is still the 2nd best team in the conference. The better team doesn't obviously always win.

Targeting your guys? Come on ... Hunter gets more BS foul calls than anyone I've seen in a while in this league.

just want to get this off my chest......Louisiana and Georgia State may be the most talented teams in the league, but they have very low basketball IQs'. Two really dumb ball clubs. Is this something that changes, in 2 months? I don't thinks so. especially if the coaches don't make it a priority, and nothing I have seen or heard from either team says the coaches are. They will just continue to rely on talent and see what happens......ok, im good now......haven't seen ULM play this year, but 6-1 looks for real.

p.s. it should be said that this is nothing new for either of these teams, i just needed to say it now .
