. slow starts gotta end so I would maybe shake up my starters again maybe. (Start Lee at the 3 or reward Watts) Great game by Watts I've been hard on him because they (the pgs) have big shoes to fill.

. Rob has to get up to the 17-20 points per game avg he has to carry this team and replace Chad's numbers. His 14 points is great if we had Chad.

.where is our double double machine in the post.
Where are our legit second and third scorers to assist Rob. Our pg play had to improve along with shooting but we need a pg who can average 7-9 dimes and some steals. Hopefully Nick minutes decrease only Squeaky can play those minutes and score less but have a huge impact, there was a time earlier in the game I was hoping to sign a point or play Calhoun

Was there any explanation on Sullivan? I apologize if I missed it.

Sullivan could have really been that 10th man in a sick rotation by the end of the season... hope everything is ok with him.

I don't believe it's health related because he got some minutes in the MT game. He also came in with the trash time unit in the FIU game. I think he just isn't making the rotation for performance reasons.

I could see Sullivan transferring. He seems to be the odd man out. I really hope he doesn't, because I like his game. He's an all-around gamer with some height, length, and handles. Kind of like a more finesse Kinnard.

He'd fall right into CJ's role next year...

Hopefully not, would hate to lose him but he would be easy to replace even though he's a talented kid.

If he didn't make the road trip, it might be he was told to stay home to study. Seems like I remember Haase doing that with a player before. It's only uninformed speculation but the timing would fit. He just completed his first semester and the grades recently came out.

I don't think it's something major but hopefully we hear something by Saturday, could the player be Jakore Tyler maybe?

Sullivan seems a step slow to me. A bit of a defensive liability. This may be the reason for a lack of PT.

Yep. You can tell he can play, he just hasn't adjusted to the speed of the game yet. I think Haase has his 9 guys now, and I don't think we'll see the other guys play much outside of blowouts or foul trouble. I think Sullivan will be a valuable player in the future though.

I agree. I think a year in the weight room and conditioning will help him.

Sullivan has a tremendous upside. I hope he'll stay and develop because his length is what we are looking for.

I think you are spot on WB. Dirk may push for those minutes too, or he might eat in to Madison's minutes. Depth is the best problem to have.

Didn't Irvine say that Sullivan missed the roadtrip due to illness? That's better than an injury or grades. Hopefully he'll be back this week. I still think he'll be part of the rotation for the rest of the season.

I expect Dirk to eat into Baxter and Madison's minutes, maybe even take over PG duties when Norton is on the bench.

I think if anybody gets left out, it'll be Watts.

Sullivan will find minutes in relief of Brown and Lee.

In reference to Dirk, who knows what he'll bring to the team. So rarely are any of our players ready out the gate like Cokley and Lee. Heck, it's taken over half the season to get them playing consistent.

True, but you hope that jucos make a quicker impact than freshmen. The good thing is that we won't need Dirk, so he will be able to find his role without pressure to perform immediately.

Maybe, but Dirk is a 6'5 JUCO transfer who happens to be shooting 47% from three while attempting seven three-pointers per game. I willing to bet he plays big minutes next year.
